Yamada Yamao
Yamao Yamada is the "manager" of the dance school Pretty Top and is strange just like Penguin-sensei. He carries Penguin-sensei on his shoulder, and the only thing he says is "Yamada-desu". In rare cases, Yamada does say other things. Yamada has brownish skin and big muscles. His age is around 45-46 years old.
Rainbow Live[]
In Rainbow Live, he is known as Tanaka. He works for Edel Rose, where he helped An find out about who is eating sweets in the Prism Stone. He has been separated from Penguin-sensei, but they reunite in the last episode, before Penguin-sensei is sent to Mascot Hell, wherein he forgets about Penguin-sensei.
King of Prism[]
He is the current Prism Association Chairman. He now has white hair.

- Yamao Yamada is voiced by Kenta Miyake, who also voices Penguin Teacher and Sentarou Fukuhara.
- In Rainbow Live, there is a man who greatly resembles him, the only difference that he is known as "Tanaka" instead of Yamada.
- In King of Prism, there is a statue of him and Penguin-sensei in the Edel Rose bath.
- According to the Pretty Rhythm All Star Fanbook, Yamada had been aiming to be a voice actor in his youth, and this was mentioned in an episode of Dear My Future
