Seventh Coordinate Sexy Dress Brilliant Style is the evolved form of the Seventh Coord Sexy Dress worn by Bell Renjouji in Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live. It goes with the Seventh Coord Sexy Shoes Brilliant Style. It was later upgraded into the Platinum Style.
Description[]
In this form the dress becomes crimson and gains gold glitter coating around the bottom of the chest, where dark purple velvet fabric wraps around. The band on top turns dark purple and is covered in red and pink flowers to match the rose sewn off-center. The skirt remains in three layers, but is now flower shaped with dark purple and crimson stripes and glitter coating. A fourth layer sticks out at the corners. On the right shoulder are three ruffled pieces of dark purple fabric, the top is lined in crimson, while the bottom is lined in white. The choker turns into a fluffy, dark purple piece covered in glitter with a ruby dangle.

In the anime, this dress is the first to appear, excluding the previous version in the opening. Here the skirt is longer and stretched out with a wider pattern. The glitter is replaced by pearls.
