Kō Norizuki is the father of Jin Norizuki and former board chairman of Edel Rose. He stepped down from his position prior to the events of Rainbow Live began, but made his appearance to become the new chairman of the Prism Show Association after Hijiri Himuro stepped down due to the scandal set up by Jin. Eventually discovering his son's wrongdoings, he stepped in and fire his own son in disgust and retook his former position once more.
In King of Prism, it was mentioned that he had passed away.
