Cosmo Hojo (北条コスモ,Hōjō Kosumo) is the protagonist's self-proclaimed rival in 3DS game Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live Kira Kira My☆Design, as well as making a cameo appearance in Episode 34 of the anime. Cosmo is a famous designer known as the fashionable gang boss, and has a fan club called 'Cosmo☆Sisters'. She is a mysterious girl who walks around the streets of Tokyo in her own color. She and the main character become rivals for Harajuku's fashionable No. 1 title. The design of her clothes is amazing.

Extremely different to her PriPara counterpart. While PriPara's Cosmo is a kind adult who is famous for her designs, Rainbow Live's Cosmo is a standoffish, competitive teenager who is famous for being the most fashionable girl wherever she goes.
Is shown to have some link to her PriPara counterpart. In Pripara & Pretty Rhythm: You Can Make 1450 Fashionable Items With PriPara!, PriPara's Cosmo remembers the existence of prism shows and Harajuku, neither of which exist in her world.
Speaks like a stereotypical gyaru (eg. saying 'mengo' instead of 'gomen', 'anta' instead of 'anata').
Gave the power of Design to the protagonist of Kirakira My☆Design, while in turn receiving the power of My☆Deco.
