Chisato Ibara (荊 千里, Ibara Chisato) is the alias for Prism World resident Momo. As Chisato, she owns the store Prism Stone Harajuku in Tokyo, Japan. In the human world, she works as the guardian of Rinne in Peacock's absence. Although she seems like a serious woman, she forgets important facts often, and enjoys eating sweets more than anything. The human form is actually an android controlled by Momo, who resides within it in order to blend into human society.
4-5 years before the events of Rainbow Live, Momo met up with Rei Kurokawa under unknown circumstances. She formed a partnership with him, and aided him throughout his quest to become the Prism King. Even though he would later retire and become incognito due to recurring events involving his rivals Hijiri and Jin, she continued to aid him under the guise of her human form Chisato, an android built by Rei himself. Some time afterwards, she would also take an amnesic Rinne under her care, after the latter got separated from her partner Starn.
At the beginning of the series, Chisato opened up a Prism Stone store with Rei, now acting under the alias of DJ Coo as her right hand man. She sent out a notice informing possible candidates about a job as assistant at her store, with the primary requisite being a Prism Show audition. Among those who were to sign up for the audition were Renjouji Bell and Ayase Naru, the latter who Chisato would later go on and directly handpick as her preferred assistant after witnessing her extraordinary talents on stage. She would also employ Fukuhara Ann and Suzuno Ito as a sweets expert and sales assistant respectively, after judging their skills and deeming them to be worthy of her recognition.
At the end of the series, she is known by the whole Prism World as a legendary clothes designer (as Momo).
- The name Chisato means "thousand" (千) (chi) and "village" (里) (sato).
- Chisato's surname Ibara means "thorn" (荊).
